In September 2014, the Missouri Jurisdiction of Rainbow went through a change in leadership and Missouri Rainbow was temporarily led by three women from Missouri. Our Supreme Deputy was appointed by Supreme Assembly in early 2015, but, at her request, the original transition team continues to work together. They are:
Dorleta Oetting Lodholz – Supreme Deputy in Missouri
Dorleta is the leader of Missouri Rainbow and her main focus is to oversee the current Rainbow members, Grand Officers and Mother Advisors. She is a Majority member of Maplewood Rainbow Assembly. She is a Past Worthy Advisor, Past Mother Advisor, Past Grand Deputy, and Past Grand Worthy Advisor. Dorleta is the mother of three children, including one son. Her older daughter is a Past Grand Worthy Advisor and her younger daughter is the Grand Worthy Advisor 2015-16. Her husband, Mike, is a member of the Grand Executive Committee and chairs a Grand Assembly committee. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in speech pathology/audiology and now works as a speech pathologist in the St. Louis area. Dorleta can be reached at Mjl16dol@charter.net
Donna Raper Freeman – In charge of records and reporting.
Donna is a Majority member of Republic Rainbow Assembly. She is a Past Worthy Advisor, Past Mother Advisor, Past Grand Deputy, Past State Dean of Missouri Grand Cross of Color and current member of the Missouri Grand Executive Committee. She is the mother of two Past Grand Worthy Advisors and her husband, Butch, is also a member of the Grand Executive Committee. She took the responsibility of being one of the secretaries to the Most Worthy Grand Matron, Mrs. Lois Newman and was responsible for official mailings throughout Mrs. Newman’s term of office. Although she is retired from working for the school district of Springfield, Missouri, she continues to work actively with young women in both Rainbow and Pledges. Debbie Lewis Rickard – In charge of financials.
Debbie is a Majority member of Mexico Rainbow Assembly. She is a Past Worthy Advisor, Past Mother Advisor, Past Grand Deputy, Past State Dean of Missouri Grand Cross of Color and current member and Treasurer of the Missouri Grand Executive Committee. She and her husband, Rick, are the parents of two Majority members as well. Her older daughter serves as the Pledge Mother in Columbia and her younger daughter is also a Past State Dean. Debbie graduated from Northeast Missouri State University, now Truman State University, with a degree in accounting. She is a CPA, working for the state of Missouri.
